CrossFit: All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
Strengh & Skill: This class is for the seasoned CrossFitter that wants to work on perfecting the more complex skills in the more technical movements used in our WODs such as, oly-lifts and gymnastics.
Core & Cardio: This class incorporates minimal equipment and emphasizes using your body-weight and functional movements to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
Strongman: Strongman teaches functional strength and the ability to move awkwardly heavy objects from point A to B. But we also incorporate a strength program to help you achieve functional strength.
KidzFit: This is a seasonal program that runs for 6 weeks during the summer. Our CrossFit Kids program is exactly CrossFit but designed for children. This is a great program to enroll your kids in to keep them active between sports, to prepare them for sports, or just to introduce them to fitness!
