A true testimony of the phrase, “Hard work pays off.” This guys comes in everyday, straight from work and always with a smile! It doesn’t matter what gets thrown at him in a workout, he’s always ready to face each day and try new things; taking his fitness to the next level. We are excited to recognize Josh Edwards as our February 2017 Athlete of the Month. His accomplishments in such a short amount of time are humbling to our community and prove that if you really want to be the change you want to see in yourself, you just have to go for it!

What is a goal that you have set for the next 6 months? To be able to squat below parallel & do all RX+ workouts.
