If there’s one thing that separates CrossFit from other strength-and-conditioning programs, it’s the community.


Our coaches are passionate about serving our community, our highly trained staff includes collegiate athletes, life-long sports enthusiasts, nutrition nerds and each coach holds at least a CrossFit Level 1 certification.


Christina began CrossFit in the summer of 2014 while searching for a new outlet for exercise. With her 15-year background in gymnastics working out at a standard gym just wasn’t cutting it. She tried CrossFit and was instantly hooked. After about a year, she started to coach gymnastics classes, trained to become a CrossFit coach, and then became Level 1 certified in 2017. She loves to bring her gymnastics background into her coaching and enjoys teaching technical movements. Christina thrives off of the community aspect of the sport and loves to bring everyone together to reach their goals. 


Debra started CrossFit back in January of 2013.  She chose CrossFit to change her lifestyle and be an overall healthier person.  It took her 6 months bring herself to attend her first class, but one class and she was sold.  She even got her entire family involved.  Debra spent 4 year in the United States Marine Corp.  She’s a stickler for form and loves to help athletes to find their best form and find the best athlete with in them.   


Najja has a wide range of athletic experience having spent 15 years coaching competitive cheerleading and tumbling.  Najja's patience and skills have helped him coach at the middle school, high school and collegiate levels.  Najja spent 4 years on the University of Texas Cheerleading team.  Najja found CrossFit in 2012 and joined Milestone in 2014.


My CrossFit journey started in 2016, after having 3 daughters back to back, I needed something that would keep me
excited and consistent. I love that CrossFit offers variation and the community feeling is something that can't be beat. 


While CrossFit has been what I've needed, I have recently started concentrating on my nutrition, to really get the results that I've been looking for. I'm happy to say, I'm down over 50 pounds and lost over 14% body fat! I like to say I'm a "masterpiece under construction".

Nathan got hooked on CrossFit back in 2009. He is also a certified US Army instructor for weapons and Modern Army Combatives for the TXARNG. Nathan believes that a good coach will work tirelessly to find a way to motivate and encourage all athletes to accomplish their fitness goals. He loves working with people who are new to CrossFit. The athletes reaction when they accomplish each one of their personal goals is what drives his desire to continue his education in the Crossfit Methodologies as well as his coaching techniques. He uses his experience in the Army to explain everything in great detail to each athlete so that it is understood. Crossfit Level 1 and 2 Trainer Course & Crossfit Strongman.
